We are working hard to produce and ship masks as quickly and safely as possible. All mask orders are final sale due to biohazard risk.
Please allow 2 - 5 days for your clothing order to ship. We ship everything USPS Priority unless otherwise noted. You should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a request for international shipping. Shipping times and prices will vary depending on destination. Customs & duties may be levied by your local government; these are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. International orders are not eligible for return.

Returns & Exchanges
Free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your clothing order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for the return and to request a pre-paid label. Returns must be sent back in protective packaging and in the same, new condition they were received with all tags attached. Thanks for understanding that Merna Maita is a small business with limited inventory, and cannot accept returns past 7 days.
Merna Maita's mailers feature a dual adhesive strip and should reused for returns. The mailers and protective packaging are made out of 100% recycled and recyclable poly. Please be kind to our planet, and recycle these materials.
